Anne Taylor - Client Care Officer

Anne has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Education in Adult Vocational Education. She spent many years in the corporate sector as a Training and Development Manager and Consultant, specialising in customer service, management, and interpersonal skills development.

 

Whilst raising her children ,Anne also worked in a voluntary teachers aid position for a number of years at a school for children with disabilities. This provided invaluable experience working with children with neuro diverse presentations ,such as autism spectrum disorders, and learning and language difficulties.

 

Since returning full time to the workforce Anne has been working in various support and administrative roles in the health and medical fields. She loves the opportunity this provides to give a friendly welcome and help people feel comfortable in what can often be a very challenging time for their family. Anne is the smiling and welcoming face on our front desk throughout the week.  

Anne is available Mon-Fri 9-5:30

Blake Summerhayes - KidsLink Groups Co-ordination

Blake Summerhayes joined the team in 2019, and brings with him a wealth of experience in customer service, working with children and mental health.  Blake previously studied, graduated and worked as a teacher, confirming his passion for working with children and young people.  His experience ignited a passion for mental health and he is currently undertaking further studies in Psychology, with the aim to one day be a Practicing Psychologist.

Blake recently moved into a role supporting our KidsLink families and facilitators. All enquiries with regard to groups are managed by him.

Blake is onsite Tues and Thurs 10:30-3:30
